Marscoin compensation fund "In case of major incidents on the Marscoin blockchain"

Due to some past incidents this could be something to think about "this shall not be taken in consideration if someone lost their coins due to personal negligence bit in cases of major incidents like wallet failure, hack or similar to the Marscoin blockchain.

• Vote if to establish a fund to compensate holders that lost their marscoins due to registered Marscoin blockchain incidents

• If martians vote no, then this has been rejected but if they vote yes than individual contributions will be made into the fund "probably 3-6 month period"

• then each case will be uploaded with necessary info to all the martians, every one will have equally one vote not matter if he gave 1 or 1000 Marscoins into the fund. He would choose yes "compensate" as well to what extend "0,0001 to max 5% for example". If no, martians reject the claim. At the end the amount in % will be derived as the arithmetic average if the majority of martians voted for Yes.

Seems like that martians will have to vote for a custodian of this fund, but much better if it can be automated so nobody could exploit the process.
