All significant development sessions shall be documented with a session summary posted to the Code RFC forum.\n2. Session summaries shall include: what changed, why, commit count, and a link to the git diff.\n3. Citizens can comment on any Code RFC to provide feedback.\n4. This is a transparency measure, not a blocking mechanism.\n5.
